Maternity FAQs

How far in advance should I book my session?

We recommend book a date for your session as soon as you have a date in mind. Weekends  get booked further in advance than weekdays. We do sessions Tuesday-Sunday, so just reach out to us to find out our availability!

When's the best time to shoot a maternity session?

The best time to shoot is week 28-32 of your pregnancy; we want to see that cute little bump! If you're expecting 2+, best to shoot a little earlier (month 6 or 7.)

What should I wear? Do you offer a client wardrobe?

Yes! We have about 100+ high-ended designer gowns, that are handpicked and work beautifully for your maternity session!  You may also wear a dress you purchase or rent yourself. Our designer gowns come in various sizes. These are maternity sized gowns, so they will comfortably fit all sizes. Just reach out to ask for our private gowns gallery.

What about hair and makeup? 

Investing in hair and makeup is suggested but not mandatory! Whether you choose to hire an artist or do yourself, I ask that hair and make-up be ready and done by the time we start the session.  Your hands will more than likely be in a lot of shots, so please come with any chipped nails removed, or manicured hands.

Can we purchase print products?

We do not include prints of the digital portraits in your collection. But, Yes you can buy prints product with us! After receiving your finals  images, you’ll have the option to purchase prints through our trusted photo lab (You will be able to print the images you have purchased.)  I highly recommend this as the colors are consistent, and quality is flawless.  You can see and compare examples during your session. 

Can I have access to unedited/Raw digital pictures?

We do not release any unedited digital pictures to our clients. Unedited versions do not reflect our style and standards. All digital portraits received will be handmade edited.

Do I get to choose which photos will be edited and delivered?

After the shoot, mostly in 5 days, a link will be shared for shortlisting from which you can select as per your preference and submit.  That list will go through post-processing and delivered in 25 business days.
